- Planks- 3 sets-30 seconds each, rest 30 seconds and cobra stretch in between sets.
- Side Planks-3 sets-30 seconds each, rest 30 seconds and stretch in between sets.
- Bridge-2-3 minutes, alternate lifting right and left leg to add intensity.
- Leg Raises-3 sets, 20-25 reps on each side. Stretch in between sets.
