Exercise for Low Back Pain

 Low back pain will effect 86% of people at some point in their lives, and once it begins it can be difficult to get rid of permanently.  Chiropractic adjustments to the spine are extremely effective in helping with low back pain, and that is just the tip of the iceberg.  These exercises are a great compliment to proper spinal health and should be done 2-3 times a week.  

  1. Planks- 3 sets-30 seconds each, rest 30 seconds and cobra stretch in between sets.

  1. Side Planks-3 sets-30 seconds each, rest 30 seconds and stretch in between sets.

  1. Bridge-2-3 minutes, alternate lifting right and left leg to add intensity.

  1. Leg Raises-3 sets, 20-25 reps on each side.  Stretch in between sets.
